We are pleased to invite you to attend the 2026 Annual Shareholders Meeting of the Mount Olive Baptist Church  FCU, Sat, April 25, 2026, at 10AM CST.  You may attend the meeting virtually or in-person in the fellowship hall at Mount Olive Baptist Church.

We will review some of the highlights from 2025 and share plans for 2026. Attendees will also be eligible to participate in prize drawings.

All attendees must register and vote for board candidates prior to the meeting.  A biographical summary will be available for review on the credit union's website and in the lobby for Board of Directors up for re-election.  

2026 voting options:

1. Electronic Registration and Voting – The registration and voting link will be sent to the email address we have on file for you. 
2. Manual Registration and Voting – you may pick up a paper ballot and return it to the credit union.
3. In-Person Registration and Voting - you may vote in person at the credit union.

Voting Period: April 1st  – 20th.  Registration/ballots must be submitted electronically or received physically at the Credit Union by 3:00PM CST Monday, April 20th.

The Zoom meeting link will be sent to all registrants via email at least two days prior to the meeting date.
